Consumer Unit Upgrades

Electrical Installation Condition Reports

Landlord Electrical Safety Compliance
Since 1 July 2020, landlords in England are legally required to have an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) carried out on all new and existing tenancies at least every 5 years by a qualified electrician.
We work with landlords across Merseyside carrying out EICR inspections efficiently and cost-effectively. We also carry out any remedial works identified and issue the required certification.
